Rooms and Rates*

Villa Melina Boutique B&B has only three guest bedrooms so you are guaranteed special peace and tranquillity. Each room is lovingly furnished with all the essential amenities.

There are two first floor bedrooms: one has a Queen-size bed and one has 2 Single beds. Both rooms have a private bathroom with shower. The ground floor bedroom has a Queen-size bed and a private bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Villa Melina Boutique B&B is open aproximatively 10 months from the beginning of August to mid June. High season is from the 1st of December to the 30th of April.

The Weka Apartment

Charming self contained apartment view views on the sea and surrounding hills. It has 2 bedrooms: a double and a twin. It has a bathroom with shower, a washing/drier machine; the kitchen is fully equipped. Long term rates available. Breakfast for a fee. Minimum Night Stay: 2

The Pukeko Studio

Queen size bedroom with private bathroom (Shower) a Kitchenette with microwave, electrical cooktop, washbasin, fridge. We can add a 2nd bed (single) for a child: please note that because it's a folding bed, It may not suit every guest.

Children	Families with well-behaved children are accepted. Infant (under 2 year old) are accepted free of charge Children accommodated in parents' room: Please ask us for details.
Rates	All rates include: continental and, or, a fully cooked breakfast served in the dining room 15 % G.S.T. n/a.
Christmas & Easter	Starts the 20th of December and ends the 1st of January. Starts one week before Easter and ends one week after Easter.
Special Season	We add an extra charge to our rates during the Sevens or other special occasions. Please enquiry for details.
High Season	Starts the 1st of December and ends the 30th of April (Except Christmas & Easter periods).
Standard	Starts the 1st of May and ends the 30th of November (Please, note that Villa Melina Boutique B&B is closed from the 8th of June to the 17th of August).
General conditions	Rates are in New Zealand Dollars ($). They are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment methods	We accept cash in NZD or AUD, USD, XEU. We also accept the following cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Club International, JBC, Q Card, Farmers Card and Eftpos. Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy	All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card deposit equivalent to one night's stay charge. This deposit is collected immediately upon confirmation of the reservation. Cancellations: * Up to 29 days before the arrival date, you will be refunded your deposit in full; * 28 - 15 days prior to arrival: we will charge 60% of total balance (1 night accommodation minimum); * 14 days - day of arrival: we will charge 100% of total balance; * In the event of a shortened stay after check-in, a further charge of one night will apply.
Smoking	Villa Melina Boutique B&B is a no smoking environment. Please refrain from smoking inside the house.
Pets	We are sorry, but no pets are allowed in Villa Melina B&B.
